A storage loft conversion in Accrington, Lancashire. The loft had already had a small amount of development work carried out - a loft floor put in. The home owner required the conversion to be completed to our de-luxe so that it could be used for whatever purpose decided upon. The loft height was high, greater than 8ft and after the ceiling was installed it was 7ft high.

Procedure

  2. Installation of double kite wind timber staircase
  3. Boarding and construction of timber frame
  4. Insulation and boarding of walls and ceiling
  5. Stair bannister and ballustrades
  6. Plastering to a high quality ready for decoration

The client is very happy with the room which was completed on time and within budget.
