The depot stands distinctively on the right side of Highfield Road road travelling away from town. Because of the high valus of kitchen electical accessories the depot is surrounded by a high corrugated steel fence and gate.

The depot has its own parking bay for trade and delivery vehicles and a well maintained forecourt.

Inside the trade area are the Howdens trade mark kitchen displays, units and doors, worktop samples, matching plinth and electrical appliances.
